PostSubject: Useful Information: How to Notify Yourself of New Topics   Sun Sep 07, 2008 12:08 am

If you're like me, since this forum isn't very active yet you'll probably forget to check it for a few days at a time. During that time it's possible you could miss an important topic opening up. Here's how you tell the forum to notify you by email when a new topic is opened:

1. Click on the "Profile" button in the top button bar. Find "Preferences." Change "Always notify me of replies" to "Yes."
2. Click "Save" at the bottom.
3. Go to the section of the forum you want to monitor (ex. Access Requests, or your office)
4. In the bottom right there should be the words "Start watching forum." Click on that for all of the boards that anything you'll want to know about will come up in.
5. Tell other members you know to do the same thing. That way they'll all know right away when you've been posting, and you won't have to worry about having gaps of a few days between posts.

Cheers!
